Why RainbowJourneyman?~
Our Rainbow Journey began as a seed of an idea in 2002.
Driving throughout Devon and Cornwall on a regular basis made us realise what an incredible place it is for spectacular scenery. When the weather was right you turned a corner, or topped a hilly rise, to see a whole world of panoramic vision and breath taking beauty open before your eyes.
Scenes lit by natures light with rugged awe inspiring shape that has fuelled the creativity of many famous artists for generations. These scenes are so breathtaking that they begged to be recorded for others to enjoy. And recorded they have been.
Of course reality takes effort. To stand on a freezing beach while a sunset develops. Or perch on a headland above incredible mine engines while the wind tries to tempt you into flight is not everyone's ideal. But the results?………… Look further, you can see these for yourself.The Journeyman, to record these scenes, was borne of this need: to travel to see and photograph; to capture these images for others to enjoy. As in Older times, a Journeyman's job.The Rainbows? Each picture is a rainbow of colour. Look at them and we think that you will share our enthusiasm.
We hope as you browse through these miniatures of the South West of England that you will find something that catches your eye and appeals to you.
You can of course buy them for your own use. Once you have downloaded them, or had the CD delivered, you can within our licence use them as you will. Make a large print maybe. Frame them for your own individual house decoration. Or turn them into calendars or postcards. Your choice….
