The images on this website are warrented to be original images created by RainbowJourneyman-southwest.co.uk unless otherwise stated. In all instances we warrant that we have the right to offer these images for sale.
To the best of the Company's knowledge, the photographic contents of our website are not defamatory, obscene or blasphemous, and do not infringe any rights of copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties, but no right of action shall accrue against the Company in the event of the said photographic works being deemed or found to be defamatory, obscene or blasphemous or an infringement of third party rights. The Company warrants that all permissions and consents required in relation to the exploitation of persons and individuals featured in the said photographic works have been obtained but that this permission expressly and exclusively relates only to activities and uses permitted by the terms of this Agreement as outlined above.
Your purchase relates to the specified number of prints ordered, and does not imply any exclusivity to you as the purchaser.
Payment by credit/debit card is required before dispatch. Payment by cheque will be accepted but goods will not be dispatched until cheque has been cleared.
You may cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund, subject to returning the goods to us at the address given below at your expense and in undamaged condition on arrival. If the items are faulty (e.g. there is a printing error) please notify us immediately the fault is discovered and return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we shall replace or refund as you choose. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused once the parcel has been delivered to the address given.
